How To Make Sea Moss Gel

Step 1: Take a palm sized portion of sea moss and rinse it thoroughly.

 

Step 2: Place in a glass dish and fill 3/4 full with water.

 

Step 3: Soak overnight or for at least 6 hours.

 

Step 4: Blend thoroughly in a food processor.

 

Step 5: Pour back into the glass dish, cover, and refrigerate

 

*Sea moss gel can be stored in your refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
