• 1 tablespoon sea moss gel (preferably from St. Lucian sea moss)
• 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (or frozen)
• 1/2 cup coconut milk (or your preferred milk)
• 1/2 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
• 1/2 banana (optional, for creaminess)
• 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup (optional, for sweetness)
• 1/2 teaspoon lime juice (optional, for added tang)
• Ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)

Instructions:

1. Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine the sea moss gel, pineapple, mango, banana (if using), coconut milk, lime juice, and honey/agave syrup.
